Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
