We co-develop with landowners and equity partners across multiple markets. We bring the development platform — sourcing, entitlements, design management, and execution. Our partners bring the land, the capital, or both.

Every development program is built in partnership with a mission-aligned 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. That structure isn't decorative — it shapes how sites are selected, how projects are designed, and how affordability commitments are held over time.

If you hold an infill parcel in a market where affordable and workforce housing is needed, we can bring the development platform to your site. We handle sourcing, entitlements, design, construction oversight, and delivery — with a structure that keeps you in the deal.

We co-develop with family offices, impact-aligned capital, and community-focused institutional partners. Our projects are underwritten conservatively and structured for durable, mission-aligned returns — not speculative upside.
- 03For community stakeholders
Municipalities, community land trusts, and neighborhood organizations working to bring attainable housing into infill sites are natural partners. We build with communities, not around them.
